Where did you give birth? I gave birth at home 3 times.
Where and when did you graduate? In Amsterdam in 1987
Why did you become a midwife/ultrasound technician? Midwife: to be able to guide and assist pregnant women and their partners medically in a beautiful moment in their lives.
Ultrasound technician: obstetric ultrasound procedures are fun. I see it as an extension to the midwifery work.
What do you think is the strength of Eva van Hoorn? Combining obstetrics and ultrasound expertise under one roof.
What makes you happy? The contact with people in my work. Every pregnant woman has her own input and story.
What do you prefer to do in your free time? City trips, concerts, reading (the newspaper), running, dancing.
